Nevermind - after I bought the unlocked phone on Ebay that came without a
sim card I called Cingular and asked if I could buy just the sim. They
told
me to go to any Cingular store and I could get one for $25. The store put
it
in and didn't even charge me for it - I now have a working phone and I
didn't extend the contract.
