I am getting ready to dump verizon for alltel. I was an alltel customer
about four years ago. An arguement with customer service was the main
reason
for leaving. Well last week my phone croaked and I was three days arguing
with the IDIOT tech in the local store before getting a new phone. The
phone
was still under warrenty bye the way. I am in E. Tennessee. All input,
good
or bad, will be apprceiated.
