Thanks for the info. I had thought about the microSD card but on my
Verizon phone you can not copy from the SD card to the phone's
internal memory. And, to further harass their users, you can not
select an MP3 or any audio format of the SD card to be used as a
ringtone.
I think I will go with Alltel. Not sure if their network is as robust
as Verizon's and the rate plan will cost me $30/mo more but at least I
will be able to use the technology in the phone.
