And again Larry is WRONG.
It's entirely possible to roam on the NF plan AND get charged for it.
If the roam indicator was on and it was steady (NOT blinking) then you
will get charged,and that charge is correct and should not be
adjusted.
If it's verizon you likely won't get charges, but you could. Contrary
to popular belief, the entire Verizon network is not an Alltel
partner, though a very large ****tion of it is.
