1. Phones only carry a 12 month warranty, and you say it's older than
that - so this is not a warranty issue but normal wear and tear.
2. You don't pay every month for your warranty. You may, however,
pay monthly for INSURANCE.
3. That insurance is from a different company, not Alltel. It's up
to them to decide if they will replace the phone, not Alltel.
