Hi Everyone,
I took my phone into Alltel, and after they got the Insurance folks on
the line and I explained what the phone was doing, they said they
would approve a new phone. What's even better is the Alltel store was
outta the red Razr, so they replaced it with an LG ax8600 for the $50
deductable. I consider this an upgrade since the ax8600 has TONs of
features the Razr doesn't have. So it turned out to be a good
visit :) They even copied the contacts over to the LG phone.
Anyway, just some kudos for Alltel on this one ... they made me very
happy.
Alex
