My Moto E815 had a hardware bug and wouldn't stay connected to EVDO.  I, 
too, took it into the Alltel store and had a similar experience, here.  
E815 was no longer available, so they let me have the MotoROKR Z6m for
$150 
with a $100 rebate, with 2 year contract of course.  It was a great trade.
 
Z6m is a helluva nice phone, too....(c;

Alltel has been very good to me.
