My Telkom land line is limited to 28.8k bps and they are not prepared to
upgrade their line.
I recently connected my PC to a cell phone using a USB cable, for
connecting
to the internet and although it connects at 115K bps the download speed
is
very similar to what I achieve using Telkom line.
MTN are offering a 3G option, which they claim is faster but I am not keen
to lay out $350 for a modem and then find out that there is not a marked
improvement.
Can any one give me advice on this matter.
