P910i won't synch calendar with Outlook XP

HEy there

One of our users cannot synch his calendar anymore.
He got a new computer and we installed the software and since then the 
synch doesn't work anymore. It did work on the old computer.

We tried 2 Versions of the PC Suite and did an upgrade on the phone
itself.

Any ideas?
