In my (very limited) experience, it's not generally possible to unlock SE 
phones by entering a code. You will probably need a cable and some
software, 
or possibly one of those unlocking gizmos that plug directly into the 
phone...

If you don't get any sensible answers here, and you can't get a definite 
answer from Google (or whatever), try taking the phone to your local
mobile 
phone market stall.
