Using Treo 680 with Fido GPRS to get emails

I am trying to use a Treo 680 with Fido's GPRS and can't seem to send/
receive mail from any of my POP accounts.  I can make a connection to
the GPRS server using internet.fido.ca however AGENDUS MAIL (my email
app) can't send/receive emails.

I have checked the POP3 server/SMTP server settings HUNDREDS OF TIMES
and it still won't work.

If anyone out there has successfully been able to send/receive emails
from their Sympatico account, GMail, etc, pls send me the settings.
