This is what I got from Nokia's so called sup****t people: (funny that
they ask that you don't send any emails with attachements, but their
emails come as a email with no text, but 1 MIME encoded UTF-8
attachement containing the response).
Note that the message below is despite Nokia's worldwide sites claiming
the 6300 has those features, despite the technical sup****t person at the
north american Nokia telephone sup****t having a 6300 with those features
on it.
Thsi would be considered false advertising by many.

The features you are referencing are network dependent and the phone
does have t
he capabilities however, if they are on the device is completely
controlled by t
he provider. When purchasing an un-configured phone certain features are
not add
ed as it has not been setup with a certain service provider.
