looking for customer service representative II for our direct client
at NewYork city,NY

Rate ;- DLR $15/hr on W2
Complete Description:
candidate apply only who has retail experience in Wireless and
electronics Industries.
Research and respond to customer inquiries. Review and update customer
records on computerized data base. Resolve problems and refer to
responsible parties. Perform due diligence on customer inquiries
through oral/written communications. College level education or
equivalent, relevant experience. One year of Customer Service
experience. Superior oral communications skills on the telephone. Good
written communications skills. Problem solving ability. Working
knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word
processing, spreadsheets and data bases. Excellent oral communication
skills on the telephone. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills.
Data entry skills. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work a
flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. In-depth
knowledge of database querying techniques
Must speak fluent Spanish and English, must be able to work in a High
volume fast paced enviornment. Also must be able to work Retail Hours
(Mon thru Sun 9am to 9pm - could be scheduled anytime during these
hours. Would work 40 hour week). Must posses interpersonal, multi-
tasking and great communicational skills. Previous retail experience
is required.
