Trying to ring Bangkok from the UK

by "Mick Cant" <mrcycleuk@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 16, 2007 at 05:16 PM

Hi all,
I am trying to ring a mobile phone number in Bangkok, Thailand.
The number given start with a "0" i.e.: 089XXXXXXX
This is a ten digit number that I have checked and been told it is
correct.
A website for finding the codes from the UK gave the codes as
0066289XXXXXXX
But on dialling a message says it is a wrong number!
Any help please,
                      Mick.
