3G / UMTS HSDPA ASIC and FPGA hardware design engineer available in UK

by "kenm" <kenm@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 23, 2005 at 03:08 AM

I am looking for hardware design (ASIC, FPGA, VHDL) contract work,
either fixed price projects, or a traditional contracting role.

I have 6 years experience of FPGA and ASIC design for 3G / UMTS. This
includes searchers, Viterbi decoder and encoder, and various
interleavers.
I have also been involved in debugging and enhancing the whole uplink
chain of a 3G ASIC design.

I designed and implemented the adaptive equalisers used in the
"world's first live HSDPA demonstration". The equalisers have
allowed the equipment to operate successfully up to 14Mbps.

If anyone knows of any companies that might be interested in my skills,
could you please refer them to this posting.

Please remove the m after ken in my email address if replying,
otherwise the reply will be automatically deleted as "spam".

Many Thanks for your time,

Ken Morrow,
Morrow Electronics Limited.
