Here is what I know:

Ior = total received energy at UE per complex chip
Ioc = total noise (thermal + other cell) per complex chip at UE
Geometry = Ior/Ioc
Io = Ior + Ioc

Thus,
Ior = (G/(G+1))*Io
Ioc = Io/(G+1)

PS: Ior is actually at the Node B. Its refered to as Ior_hat at the UE.
