Using Motorola H700

Hi,

I bought 2 Motorola H700 headsets and I have two verizon LGVX4500
phones. How would the headsets get paired with each of the phones? The
passcode in both the headsets packages are the same. I want the
headsets to be paired such that one phone gets paired only w/ one of
the headsets.  can someone please help? Thanks,
