I have tried every way I could think of to get into backupassistant
without
success. I would appreciate it if you would send me the details such as
what
you used to initially logon to verizonwireless, enter your ID & password,
and what option to chose to transfer to backupassistant. I tried to find
"My
Account" pulldown, but it was not there. What am I missing? Charles
