I finally got your procedure to work by going into my security settings,
and
adding a Trusted Site with the following information:
"https://backupassistant.vzw.com".
Before I added this trusted site, I
would
get an error saying it cannot find the server when trying to access
https://backupassistant.vzw.com.
I am running windows XP Home Edition
w/SP3
and IE v6.0.
