Other positives:

You can change the wallpaper on the inside and outside screens 
independently.  The digital clock on the outside screen has a larger font 
and is more readable then the V3m, especially if your don't use a
wallpaper.

Negatives:

Few useful ringers.  I don't use music ringers and that leaves just 
Provincial and Standard.  Wallpapers are also in short supply.  I was able

to hack the V3m with a kit from Cellcables.com to enable ringer and 
wallpaper customization, but the w755 is not sup****t yet.
