I'd disagree. If you're in an area where T-Mo has a good network, and
there
are more such places than you might think, you're golden. Their customer 
service is top-notch.

You'll recall that I left VZW in 2004 after they broke the part of their
wireless network right in front of their Victorville, CA retail store and
tried to pass it off as a problem with my phone. Repeatedly. Over the
course
of more than six months.
