Norwegian Oil Exchange
Professor Oystein Noreng at BI, Norwegian School of Management, says it's
time someone takes up the competition with the other commodity exchanges.
- We have energy exchange, NordPool [Nord Pool ASA], which works
excellently. I think someone should do something similar with oil and gas
in
Norway.
