Scanner Frequency Question

Hi, I have a general question about programing a frequency into my
scanner.  I have an older model (about 10 yrs. old) Radio Shack
scanner.  I'm a Volunteer Firefighter for my town and we're changing
primary frequencies.  Our new frequency is XXX.3025.  When I try to
put the new frequency in it rounds it to XXX.3100.  I'm trying to find
a new scanner that will accept this and not round-off.  Anybody have
any suggestions??  Much appreciated-thanks...
