I bet it won't. In the US allocations on VHF-HI are now on 7.5 kHz
spacing. 
154.3025 is a valid frequency on this band plan. The OP didn't give enough

information to determine which is the band of operation but I bet it is 
VHF-HI.

An older scanner tuned to 154.30 will be close enough to receive 154.3025.

Since the new channels are narrowband, the transmissions will not be as
loud 
as on the old 15 kHz channels. A newer radio like the PRO-97 will tune 
154.3025 without round-off but still does not compensate for the lower 
volume. Some recent Uniden models have a narrow FM setting that does 
compensate for the volume difference.
