Where to find frequencies for Orleans County, New York?

Hi,
     My brother-in-law's brother just got a used scanner, but all the
frequencies are missing.  He wants to listen to  the standard fire,
police, ambulance, etc channels.
    He lives  in Orleans County,  New York (USA).  
    Is there any place on the internet where I could go to get a list
of some of these local frequencies?  (I told him I would look it up
"on the computer.")
