Radio Shack Scanner problem

I have a Radio Shack scanner and I have had a few issues with it that
seem to have been my fault.
On occasion, my 800mhz channels stop working.  I still get the VHF but
not 800.   It turns out that I accidentally hit a button ( I don't
know which one) that caused the problem.    This time I have pushed
every button I have and can't seem to get it to switch back.

Any suggestions?
