On11 June, at 1200 UTC on 257,1500 MHz FM mode, I picked up a clear signal
with an American accent.
In the following two hours it became clear that I was listening to
American
Peacekeepers who try to get the peace back in a place called Gerani in
Afghanistan,
after some incidents.
