Bitmicro has a bunch of consumer drives now.  The thing is they are
not very fast at all.  I believe only the larger drives get about
16MB/s at 2ms access time.  The smaller ones around $200 maybe
6-8MB/s.  That will get you a 2-4GB drive I believe.  Plus they will
last longer than normal compact flash media.  If you have quite a bit
of money they have supperfast ones that hold up to 688GB, sustain
570MB read / 320MB write.  I believe the access time is like .2ms. 
They do not list a price but I would guess several hundred thousand
dollars.
