How to call the assembly source code under C runtime library?

I'm working on a DSP project which deals with the ADSP2101.All codes
is in assembly language,and now I want to call some assembly source
codes under C runtime library, I have tried some methods,
but it didn't work.Maybe somebody can help me out.
