How so, if by "invert" I intended the colloquial meaning, i.e.,

   1. To turn over; to put upside down; to upset; to place in a
      contrary order or direction; to reverse; as, to invert a
      cup, the order of words, rules of justice, etc.

? If the ****tion of the spectrum that was from 0 to Fs / 2 is reversed, 
or placed in a contrary order, with that from Fs / 2 to Fs, then how
is that not inverting?
