IEEE Sig. Proc. magazine, Sept'08, Tips & Tricks column

Hi Guys,
   just thought I'd mention something, for any of 
you who have read the article in the Sept. 2008 
"DSP Tips & Tricks" column in the IEEE Sig. Proc. 
magazine.  That article is titled: 

"Precise Variable-Q Filter Design".

The denominator of Equation (5) is always one (unity).
(So, Eq. (5) is much simpler than the form shown 
in the "Tips & Tricks" article.)
This fact was pointed out to me in a recent E-mail 
I received from Dr. Alen Docef, Assoc. Prof. at Virginia 
Commonwealth University School of Engineering. 
Dr. Docef's perception amazed me.
