1,2 You are right ! The data acquired between frames are relevant, So
it is legitimate to process as a continuous stream.

3. the LPF should achieve
FS=3D5MHz, fp=3D9k, fst=3D10k, ap=3D0.1, ast=3D100, decimator=3D100
