Accessing TDX

I looked through the FAQ and found a reference to a company called
ATTEST but they no longer seem to do any kind of fault simulation test
software.

I have numerous TDX format tapes and I'd like to recover the
simulations and code contained on them, can anyone point me towards so
kind of compatible software that can read old TDX format tapes???
