The P4 is just a hotter running chip I think. I once swapped a celeron out
of an old laptop for a faster P4 and the cpu temp spiked greatly. It was
not
uncommon to see it go to 73 at super max load. Idled hot like yours but
never had any problems. Just the cpu I think.
