Nah, no hard feelings at all. It was a still a good place to work
(marked down from great) and the people I worked with were
outstanding (that never changed). It was time to move on,
particularly when they were (are) paying me to do so. ;-)
As I said, I've been contracting for the last year, and just landed
another permanent job at a small company in the South (taxes about a
third of VT's and no snow).
