Please do not confuse intelligence with knowledge (nor ignorance
with stupidity). "smart" people do not chase fa****ons. Poseurs do.
As I see it, pc.hardware.chips have simply become rather mature,
without many interesting developments. Gone is the overclocked
Pentium4 abortus. The most recent developments, 64, on-chip MMU
and multi-core are rather uncontroversial incremental developments.
