I have stated that was not my intention.  I do not believe
that anger is a emotion but rather a method of expressing
primary emotions like fear, loss, and maybe greed.

You should examine and understand your anger.  It hurts you
far more than any target.  Yet your body puts you through
it for some reason to justify the high metabolic expense.
It must have some value or would have been deselected many
generations ago.  But try to resolve its message so you
don't keep paying the cost.
