I guess more folks are fleeing the Ebay/PayPal fees for Craigslist which 
is pretty
spam resistant compared to usenet.

   My Ebay buying hasn't been bad quality-wise, but recently it seems that

more and
more bidders (mostly overseas) don't care about completing the deal!  They

never
pay or respond and simply re-register when their feedback starts to
suffer.
