JRC Inmarsat-B error: FEDC

Dear all,

I've encountered a problem with the Inmarsat-B from JRC which shows
FEDC. We're unable to connect to the Inmarsat-B. Is there any way to
troubleshoot this? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
