UDXF is more HF than VHF/UHF, and the logs are a necessary
part of it. What don't you not understand about it?
Incidentally that programme you used to decode the 3.5 MHz signal
doesn't decode anything. I've tested it quite thoroughly and found
it quite unable to decode amateur or fixed-sevice RTTY or anything
else!
