According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DECT
, it uses 1880 MHz -
1900 MHz in Europe, and 1920 MHz - 1930 MHz in the US
and 1,728 kHz spacing in Europe and 1,728 kHz spacing in the US, which
likely your scanner doesn't sup****t.

What do you intend to accomplish?
