Anyone have a schematic for a Direct Torque Control circuit

Hi,

I need a speed control for an AC motor 40hp.  I would like to build a
Direct Torque Control.  Does anyone know where I might find a detailed
schematic for building one?  Or find a smaller one that I could scale
up?
