I need to better understand your posting. Do you want a test facility
that is accredited to do safety testing (60950), or are you interested
of accrediting your company/lab
to perform safety tests according to the 60950 spec. Or do you wnat
the specifications translated into Turkish?
A company called Cetecom, a German company, is used to perform "Type
Approval" Certification, for Europe
and many other countries around the world. They can do the necessary
tests. If you are interested testing just for safety, you can use
Underwriter's Laboratories.
If on the other hand you are looking to certify your Company/Lab to
perform safety tests, ...
then you need to find accreditation bodies that are specialize in the
field of safety (60950).
America Association for Lab Accreditation A2LA Electrical, EMC,
Environmental fields.....
and there are many others specializing in different fields, Google is
the right starting place.
