If you want to have your lab accredited for testing to 60950, the UK
National accreditation body UKAS may be able to do it for you.

An alternative would be to have your lab accredited within the IECEE CB
scheme.
If you speak to your local TUV Rheinland office and they should be able to
arrange this for you.
There are many options for you within the CB scheme, but the normal
starting
point is for you to become a Supervised Manufacturer Test Lab, SMT.
This would allow you to obtain CB certificates for the products you have
tested based on your test results from TUV Rheinland in Koln.
