Would like information with regards to circulating currents upon
closing a tie breaker on a bus fed from 5 generators. 5 Gens feed a
main bus. Two feeders from that bus feed another bus downstream. Client
wants to close the tie on the second bus to equalize the load at the
mains on that bus.
