Hi,
I am graduating with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers
University at NJ. I am looking for a full time job is semiconductor
process and manufacturing. I have strong expertise and experience in
epitaxial thin film deposition using CVD and PVD technologies,
including detailed characterizations using XRD, SEM, TEM, AFM, CV, IV,
IVT and Hall. I am currently working in wide bandgap ZnO based
semiconductor materials, and also have some experience and familiarity
in Si, GaN and GaAs based technologies. I have gained industry
experience during research work at Bell Laboratories, Alcatel-Lucent
Technologies. I also have very strong Materials Science and
Engineering background from my Masters (from Materials Science and
Engineering at Rutgers University) and Bachelors (Metallurgical and
Materials Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur,
India).
I would really appreciate any help in this regard.
